AFL (Alternative Family Living) & Supported Living

24/7 supervision

Provides individualized residential support in a family-style or independent home setting.

Natural Support Education

Training and coaching for families, caregivers, and natural supports.Program includes:
Understanding IDD, behavior, and communication needs
Crisis prevention strategies
Skill-building support for caregivers

Quality Mental Health and Substance Abuse Support

Psychiatric Rehabilitation (PSR)

Peer Support Services

Case Management / Care Coordination

SAIOP – Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program

Evidence‑based treatment for individuals working toward recovery from substance use disorders. The program blends group therapy, individual counseling, and psychoeducation, with a strong focus on relapse prevention, coping skills, and daily recovery tools. Flexible scheduling allows participants to stay engaged in treatment while maintaining work, school, and family responsibilities.

SACOT – Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment

Helps individuals navigate medical, behavioral, and social systems. Supports include:
Comprehensive assessment
