Position Requirements:
Must hold current Certified Peer Support Specialist certification in North Carolina

Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation
IDD Direct Support Professional
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
CPR/AED certification (Preferred)
At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or intellectual/developmental disabilities (Preferred)
Alternative Family Living (AFL) Provider
Position Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience preferred

Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional

Position Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) or Bachelor’s degree in a human services–related field
At least 1 year of direct experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
Minimum of 2 years post-graduate professional experience required
Supervisory experience (1 year) preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Position Requirements:
Education:
Master’s in Human Services + 1 year supervised experience with MH/SA populations.
Bachelor’s in Human Services + 2 years supervised experience with MH/SA populations.
Bachelor’s in other field + 4 years supervised experience with MH/SA populations.
Experience: 1 year post-degree with at-risk youth.
